Our Story
Dan's vision for Ironwood Grill began more than 18 years ago with one simple goal: to create a place unlike anything else.
Dan wanted to bring together award-winning barbecue, an exceptional bourbon bar, ice-cold draft beer, handcrafted stone-fired pizzas, and a creative contemporary American menu—all under one roof. More than just a restaurant, we envisioned a destination where great food, outstanding drinks, exciting sports, and genuine hospitality come together to create an experience guests would return to again and again.
